Aviation Capital announces early redemption of 6.75% senior notes

Detroit, Jan. 5 – Aviation Capital Group LLC will redeem its $750 million outstanding of 6.75% senior notes due 2021 on Feb. 3, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus unpaid interest and a make-whole premium.

The premium will be calculated three business days prior to the redemption.

The company closed a $500 million unsecured loan with Mizuho Bank Ltd. on Monday.

Aviation Capital is a global aircraft leasing company based in Newport Beach, Calif.
