Firm Capital to redeem C$20.98 million 5.3% convertibles early

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – Firm Capital American Realty Partners Corp. intends to redeem early all of its outstanding C$20,975,000 principal amount of 5.3% convertible subordinated debentures due May 31, 2022, according to a company news release.

The convertibles will be redeemed on May 31 at par plus accrued interest using cash on hand.

Firm Capital is a U.S.-focused real estate investment entity that pursues real estate and debt investments.
