Neuberger Berman CLO XX directed to redeem notes, loans on Nov. 20

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 30 – Neuberger Berman CLO XX, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XX, LLC received direction from a majority the subordinated noteholders to redeem five classes of notes and two classes of loans, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed in full on Nov. 20 using refinancing proceeds:

• $317.5 million of class A notes, for a total redemption price of $319,782,194.50;

• $37.5 million of class B notes, for a total redemption price of $37,836,852.61;

• $25 million of class B loans, for a total redemption price of $25,224,568.41;

• $12.5 million of class C notes, for a total redemption price of $12,639,141.84;

• $12.5 million of class C loans, for a total redemption price of $12,639,141.84;

• $30 million of class D notes, for a total redemption price of $30,398,398.76; and

• $22.75 million of class E notes, for a total redemption price of $23,195,886.42.

The class F notes and the subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.
