ASR Nederland presents investors with new perpetual tier 1 notes
Chicago, March 19 – ASR Nederland NV (BBB+) held investor calls on Tuesday for a new offering of restricted tier 1 notes with a perpetual tenor (BB+), according to a source.
The €500 million size will not grow.
The coupon will be resettable after 8.25 years.
HSBC is the global coordinator and structuring agent.
ABN Amro, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities and HSBC are the joint lead managers.
The insurance company is based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
