Indika Energy to fully redeem 5 7/8% notes due 2024 on May 3

Lexington, Ky., April 2 – Indika Energy Capital III Pte. Ltd., through PT Indika Energy Tbk, will redeem any notes that remain outstanding from its 5 7/8% senior notes due Nov. 9, 2024 (ISINs: US45569FAA21, USY39694AA51) at par on May 3, according to a notice.

Accrued interest will also be paid.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the notes’ trustee.

The original issue size was $575 million.

Indika is an energy company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
