Indika buys back $40.94 million of 2024, 2025 notes

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 8 – Indika Energy Capital III Pte. Ltd. and Indika Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd. announced on Thursday partial repurchases from two series of notes guaranteed by Indonesia’s PT Indika Energy Tbk.

Capital III bought back approximately $10.5 million of its $750 million 5 7/8% senior notes due 2024 (ISINs: US45569FAA21, USY39694AA51) through open market purchases, representing approximately 1.83% of the initial principal amount of the 2024 notes.

After cancellation, $322,877,000, or approximately 56.15% of the original issue, remain outstanding.

Capital IV bought back approximately $30,941,000 of its $675 million 8¼% senior notes due 2025 (ISINs: US45569GAA04, USY39690AA30) through open market purchases, representing approximately 4.58% of the initial principal amount of the 2025 notes.

After cancellation, $$567,938,000, or approximately 84.14% of the original issue, remain outstanding.
