S&P affirms Riverstone Utopia loan

S&P said it affirmed its BB- issue-level rating on Riverstone Utopia Member LLC's $225 million term loan B due 2024. The outlook is stable. The recovery rating is 2, indicating a substantial (70%-90%; rounded estimate 70%) recovery for lenders in the event of a default.

The stable outlook reflects the project completion and now being in operation.
