Aroundtown eyes possible early conversion bonus for 1.5% bonds

New York, June 11 – Aroundtown SA is discussing with some holders of its €300 million of 1.5% convertible bonds due 2021 payment of an incentive in exchange for early exercise of the conversion option, according to a news release.

Berenberg is advising Aroundtown.

Aroundtown is a Luxembourg-based investor in real estate specializing in central locations of cities in Germany and the Netherlands.
