Aroundtown will not use first call date for 2.125% perpetuals

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 13 – Aroundtown SA will not be using its first call date to redeem its €400 million 2.125% subordinated perpetual notes (ISIN: XS1752984440), according to a Wednesday press release.

The interest rate will instead reset on Jan. 17.

The company said the decision is based on market conditions.

Aroundtown may redeem the notes on every future interest payment date.

The issuer is a Luxembourg-based commercial real estate company.
