Aroundtown announces tender results of Dutch auction for 2% notes

Chicago, Sept. 30 – Aroundtown SA announced that it will accept €194.8 million of notes from its tender offer for its €500 million outstanding 2% notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS1815135352), according to a notice.

The company was conducting the tender offer as a modified Dutch auction.

The maximum clearing spread was set at the interpolated mid-swap rate plus 42 basis points, which ended up as the actual clearing spread at the end of the offer.

Accordingly, Aroundtown will pay €1,085.84 per €1,000 note, representing a purchase yield of 0.211% after pricing the offer at 6 a.m. ET on Sept. 30 based on the first par call date on Aug. 2, 2026.

Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.

Settlement will take place on Oct. 4.

Following the offer, there will be €305.2 million of the notes outstanding.

The offer expired at 11 a.m. ET on Sept. 29.

Settlement is expected for Oct. 4.
