Aroundtown to call remaining 1.375% series 35 bonds due 2024

New York, Jan. 28 – Aroundtown SA plans to redeem the remaining outstanding amount of its 1.375% series 35 bonds due 2024, according to a news release.

The redemption follows the completion of Aroundtown’s tender offer, under which it repurchased more than 80% of the original principal amount of the bonds.

Aroundtown is a Luxembourg-based real estate company.
