By Taylor Fox

New York, Dec. 16 – Aroundtown announced the final results of its tender offer for its 1.5% series D bonds due 2022, 1.5% series E bonds due 2024 and 1.375% series 35 bonds due 2024, according to a news release.

Aroundtown accepted a total of €439 million of tendered notes, comprised of €57 million of series D bonds, €271 million of series E bonds and €111 million of series 35 bonds.

As more than 80% of the original amount of series D and series 35 bonds will be repurchased, Aroundtown has the option to redeem the remaining outstanding amount of series D and series 35 bonds, resulting in a total potential repurchase amount of €570 million.

The repurchase of the bonds was financed through the issuance of €1 billion of new series 38 zero-coupon straight bonds due 2026.

Aroundtown is a Luxembourg-based real estate company.
