Aroundtown issues clean-up call on 2.125% series F bonds due 2023

Chicago, July 29 – Aroundtown SA has issued a clean-up redemption notice on its €550 million 2.125% series F bonds due 2023 (ISIN:XS1532877757), according to a company notice.

The outstanding principal amount of the series F bonds is €103.1 million.

Aroundtown is exercising its clean-up call option, because 81.25% in aggregate principal amount of the bonds has already been purchased or redeemed.

All outstanding bonds will be redeemed at their principal amount, plus interest, on Sept. 1.

Aroundtown is a Luxembourg-based real estate company.
