Almaviva recalculates interest due for redemption date change

Chicago, Oct. 27 – Almaviva SpA recalculated the redemption amount, namely the interest due, for the upcoming redemption of its €250 million 7¼% senior secured notes due 2022 (ISINs: XS1694628287, XS1694630424) on Nov. 3, according to a notice.

The redemption price is par plus accrued interest of €956,597.22 total for all the notes.

Previously the redemption date was Oct. 29 and the interest payment was €704,861.11.

The record date for the notes is Nov. 2.

The redemption was conditioned on Almaviva receiving proceeds of its offering of new fixed-rate senior secured notes. The company priced €350 million of new notes, with settlement expected for Nov. 3.

The information technology service management company is based in Rome.
