Chicago, Jan. 23 – A Energi AS (Scope: A-) issued NOK 1.35 billion of green bonds split over three tranches, according to a notice.
The deal includes two floating-rate notes and a tap of existing notes.
The company priced NOK 750 million of three-year senior green bonds with a coupon of Nibor plus 75 basis points.
The second green floater priced as NOK 400 million of senior bonds with a Nibor plus 90 bps coupon.
The tap issue is a NOK 200 million add-on to the bonds due Sept. 19, 2030.
The listing will be in Oslo.
Kristiansand, Norway-based A Energi, formed through the merger of Glitre Energy and Agder Energi, is a renewable energy group.
