Prospect News reports four new defaults for week of Sept. 14-Sept. 19

Pittsburgh, Sept. 22 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the week of Sept. 14 through Sept. 19.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Zetta Jet Pte. Ltd., Toys “R” Us, Inc. and AGI Holdco, Inc., which does business as Aerosoles. Prospect News also reported a missed interest payment on Hilleren Tomteselskap AS’s 20% junior secured bond issues 2016/2017 and 12% senior secured bond issues 2016/2017.

So far in 2017, Prospect News has reported 133 defaults, including 72 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 20 missed interest payments, six missed principal payments, five schemes of arrangement, four each of Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings and distressed exchanges, three recapitalizations, two each of Title III filings and missed principal and interest payments and one each of administrations, bankruptcies, Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, extrajudicial reorganizations, involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, missed interest payments paid within the grace period, notes-for-equity exchanges, plans of arrangement, liquidations, provisional liquidations, safeguard proceedings, missed maturity payments, insolvencies and civil rehabilitations.
