Moody’s rates Abbey International B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 corporate family rating and B1 issuer rating, both local and foreign currency to Abbey International Finance Ltd.

The agency also assigned a stable outlook.

Moody's said the B1 ratings reflect Abbey's high degree of dependence on a single client, weak franchise but conservative financial structure.
