Moody's assigns Ba2 to Tronox add-on

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to the planned $300 million incremental term loan by Tronox Finance LLC.

The Ba2 rating on Tronox Finance’s outstanding loans are unchanged as is Tronix Holdings plc's Ba3 corporate family rating and stable outlook remain unchanged, the agency said.

The add-on will be used to reduce Tronox's outstanding revolving credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
