RAC Bond offers £250 million five-year class A senior secured notes

Los Angeles, Oct. 5 – RAC Bond Co. plc plans to issue £250 million of five-year class A senior secured notes, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, BNP, HSBC and Santander are the managers.

The notes will be listed on Euronext Dublin.

Walsall, U.K.-based RAC provides automobile repair services.
