Ahlstrom to redeem €1 billion senior callable notes on Sept. 15

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – Ahlstrom-Munksjo Oyj will redeem its €1 billion senior callable fixed-rate notes due 2019 in full on Sept. 15, according to a notice from the issuer.

The notes will be repaid at par plus 50% of the coupon together with accrued interest.

Helsinki, Finland-based Ahlstrom-Munksjö provides fiber-based materials for applications such as filters, medical fabrics, life science and diagnostics, wallcoverings and food packaging.
