Moody’s revises Entega Netz to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Baa3 long-term senior secured debt rating of Entega Netz AG and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

Moody’s said the outlook change reflects its expectation that the ongoing restructuring program at Entega Netz's ultimate parent group, Entega AG, will continue to bolster the consolidated credit quality of the group, albeit regulatory efficiency targets to be announced in 2018 may create additional headwinds.
