Moody’s rates Orient HuiZhi notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Baa3 long-term senior unsecured debt rating to Orient HuiZhi Ltd.’s proposed long-term notes guaranteed by Orient Securities Co., Ltd. (Baa3 stable).

Orient HuiZhi, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orient Finance Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Orient Securities.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the provisional Baa3 long-term senior unsecured rating for Orient HuiZhi's guaranteed senior unsecured long-term notes takes into account an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from Orient Securities.
