Mountain View CLO 2006-1 plans to redeem eight classes of notes

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 5 – Mountain View Funding CLO 2006-1, Ltd./Mountain View Funding CLO 2006-1, Corp. plans to redeem eight classes of its secured notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on Oct. 17:

• Class A-1 notes at a total redemption price of $50,868,011.88;

• Class A-2 notes at a total redemption price of $6,671,562.20;

• Class B-1 notes at a total redemption price of $18,053,114.70;

• Class B-2 notes at a total redemption price of $8,120,520;

• Class C-1 notes at a total redemption price of $11,041,075.65;

• Class C-2 notes at a total redemption price of $12,189,780;

• Class D notes at a total redemption price of $19,623,732.59; and

• Class E notes at a total redemption price of $13,679,073.53.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
