New Issue: UBS prices $500,000 step-down trigger autocallable notes on three stocks
Chicago, June 8 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of 0% step-down trigger autocallable notes due Nov. 27, 2024 linked to the least performing of Nvidia Corp., Roku, Inc. and Snap Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Starting after six months, the notes will be called with a 20.25% annualized premium if all three stocks close above the call threshold on any quarterly observation date. The call threshold starts at the initial level and each quarter decreases by 5%.
If the notes are not called, at least one stock has closed below 50% of its initial level. In that case, investors would be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer, payable in shares.
