New Issue: Chile’s Codelco prices $600 million 4.85% 30-year Formosa bonds

New York, May 1 – Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile, or Codelco, priced $600 million of 30-year senior notes at par to yield 4.85% on Tuesday, according to market sources.

BNP Paribas and HSBC were the bookrunners of the Regulation S Formosa bond that was issued in the Taiwan market but denominated in U.S. dollars.

Codelco is a Santiago, Chile-based copper mining company.
