By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Nov. 15 – PTT Exploration and Production PCL has mandated banks to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings and calls regarding a long-dated U.S. dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a market source.

BofA Securities, Credit Suisse Securities, HSBC and Societe Generale CIB are arranging the roadshow investor meetings across Asia, Europe and the United States, starting on Nov. 20.

The company also announced a tender offer for its $500 million 4.6% perpetual capital securities that were priced under Regulation S. The securities are being tendered for $1,041.25 per $1,000 principal amount of the existing securities. Holders who tender these securities will have preference in getting allocations of the new notes, pricing under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

PTTEP is a Bangkok-based energy and exploration company.
