New Issue: Thailand’s WHA Utilities issues 4 billion baht 3.33% three-year bonds in two parts

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 18 – WHA Utilities and Power PCL said it issued 4 billion baht of debentures in two tranches on Friday.

Both tranches were priced at par with a fixed coupon of 3.33%.

The company sold 3.2 billion baht of debentures due Aug. 18, 2020 and 800 million baht of debentures due Aug. 10, 2020.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL is the arranger.

The utilities company is based in Bangkok.
