Fitch rates Dubai Aerospace debt BBB, BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it published Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd.'s long-term issuer default rating of BBB- with a stable outlook, DAE Funding LLC's senior unsecured long-term rating of BBB- and Dubai Aerospace's senior secured long-term rating of BBB.

The agency said the ratings reflect the firm's materially enhanced scale, following the acquisition and successful integration of AWAS Aviation Capital DAC, which itself had a long track record of strong operating performance through a variety of commercial aviation and credit cycles.
