S&P rates ADO Properties BBB-

S&P said it assigned its preliminary BBB- long-term and A-3 short-term issuer credit ratings to ADO Properties SA.

The outlook is stable.

“Our preliminary ratings on ADO reflect our view of the company's moderately sized income-producing residential asset portfolio of about €3.8 billion as of Sept. 30, 2018, comprising about 22,200 residential units,” S&P said in a news release.
