ABM Investama plans offering of new dollar-denominated notes

Concord, N.H., July 21 – PT ABM Investama Tbk. is planning to price new U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company news release on Wednesday.

The offering is being made concurrently with a cash tender offer for the company’s $350 million of 7 1/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: US69379AAA34, USY708CHAA88).

The company said it will pay par plus accrued interest plus $17.81 per note, which will constitute an early tender payment, for notes validly tendered and accepted prior to 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 3, which is the early tender deadline. The early settlement date is Aug. 6.

The tender offer expires at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 18, and settlement of the notes tendered after the early deadline and prior to expiry is expected to occur on Aug. 23.

The energy resources, services and infrastructure company is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.
