Neuberger Berman CLO XIII to redeem six classes secured notes July 24

Morgantown, W.Va., July 11 – Neuberger Berman CLO XIII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XIII, LLC issued a notice of optional redemption for their class A, class B, class C, class D, class E and class F notes.

Holders of a majority of subordinated notes have directed the co-issuers to redeem the secured notes in whole using sale proceeds, according to the notice.

The secured notes will be redeemed on July 24 at the following redemption prices, equal to par plus accrued interest:

• $147,762,829.84 for the $146,807,932.04 of outstanding class A notes;

• $54,067,866.17 for the $53.6 million of outstanding class B notes;

• $24,747,918.54 for the $24.5 million of outstanding class C notes;

• $15,518,636.35 for the $15.3 million of outstanding class D notes;

• $20,417,713.15 for the $20.1 million of outstanding class E notes; and

• $7,543,156.80 for the $7.4 million of outstanding class F notes.

Sound Point CLO IX said its class E, class F and subordinated notes are not being redeemed at this time.

U.S. Bank NA is trustee.
