Greentown China calls $450 million perpetual capital securities

New York, July 22 – Greentown China Holdings Ltd. announced that $450 million of its guaranteed perpetual capital securities were redeemed in full on July 20.

The redemption was optional for issuer Wisdom Glory Group Ltd. under the notes’ indenture dated July 19, 2017.

The notes will be delisted effective July 29 and cancelled.

Greentown China is a Hangzhou, China-based property developer.
