Sound Point CLO I to redeem five classes of secured notes on July 20

Minneapolis, July 10 – Sound Point CLO I, Ltd./Sound Point CLO I, Inc. was directed by a majority of holders of its subordinated notes to redeem five classes of secured notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed in whole on July 20 at par plus accrued interest. The total redemption prices are as follows:

• $10,264,691.40 for the class A notes;

• $37,108,226.77 for the class B notes;

• $34,382,987.35 for the class C notes;

• $19,275,497.90 for the class D notes; and

• $16,798,474.01 for the class E notes.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

New York City-based Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the collateral manager.
