AnaCap talks €315 million seven-year notes at Euribor plus 500-525 bps at 99.5; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., July 12 – AnaCap Financial Europe SA SICAV-RAIF talked its €315 million offering of seven-year senior secured floating-rate notes (BB-) with a 500 basis points to 525 bps spread to Euribor at 99.5, according to an investor.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is the lead bookrunner.

The prospective issuer is a London-based private equity firm.
