MidOcean Credit CLO VII directed to redeem six secured note classes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 27 – MidOcean Credit CLO VII/MidOcean Credit CLO VII LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its income notes to redeem six classes of its secured notes in whole from refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 6 at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $378,727,938.75 for the class A-1 notes (Cusip: G61089AA9);

• $24,049,591.67 for the class A-2 notes (Cusip: G61089AB7);

• $51,116,290.63 for the class B notes (Cusip: G61089AC5);

• $36,100,787.50 for the class C notes (Cusip: G61089AD3);

• $34,620,412.19 for the class D notes (Cusip: G61089AE1); and

• $28,647,715.10 for the class E notes (Cusip: G61089AA1).

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
