Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV calls secured notes, subordinated notes

Morgantown, W.Va., May 3 – Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, Ltd./Atlas Senior Loan Fund IV, LLC issued a notice of optional redemption for six series of its secured notes and its subordinated notes.

The secured notes will be redeemed in full on May 15 at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $101,283,367.48 for the class A-1L-RR notes;

• $45,140,237.57 for the class A-2L-RR notes;

• $45,184,440.91 for the class A-3L-RR notes;

• $33,329,759.68 for the class B-1L-RR notes;

• $23,940,594.81 for the class B-2L-R notes; and

• $13,789,820.16 for the class B-3L-R notes.

Each subordinated note will be redeemed at an amount equal to its proportional share, based on the outstanding principal amount of that note, of the amount of funds remaining after the secured notes are redeemed.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

New York-based Crescent Capital Group LP is the collateral manager.
