Portland, Me., Oct. 20 – Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd. settled its previously priced ¥50 billion offering of 0% convertible notes due 2030 on Oct. 20, according to a listing announcement with the Singapore Exchange.
The notes were issued at 102.5.
SMBC Nikko Capital was bookrunner for the Regulation S offering.
The bonds will be listed for trade on the Singapore Exchange on Oct. 23.
Taiyo Yuden is a Tokyo-based materials and electronic company.
