New York, June 28 – Argan priced a €130 million offering of bonds due 2023 with a 3¼% coupon, according to an announcement from the company.
Banque Degroof Petercam SA was the bookrunner for the offering, which was sold as a private placement in Europe outside France.
Proceeds will be used to refinance a €65 million 5½% bond due in November 2018 and to finance growth.
Argan is a Neuilly-sur-Seine, France-based company specializing in the development and rental of premium warehouses.
