Saranac CLO I will redeem all of its secured notes on Aug. 25

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 11 – Saranac CLO I Ltd./Saranac CLO I LLC will redeem all of its secured notes at the direction of holders of a majority of its income notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of U.S. Bank NA.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest and include the class A1-A, A1F, A-2, B, C, D, E and F notes.

Income notes are not being redeemed on the redemption date.

Saranac Advisory Ltd. is the collateral manager.
