New Issue: PTT Exploration unit sells $500 million 2.587% seven-year notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 12 – Thailand’s PTT Exploration and Production PCL’s subsidiary, PTTEP Treasury Center Co. Ltd., issued $500 million of 2.587% senior notes due 2027 (Baa1//BBB+) on Wednesday, according to a notice.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The petroleum exploration and production company is based in Bangkok.
