New Issue: Hong Kong’s ESR Cayman issues $250 million of 7 7/8% notes due 2022

New York, April 4 – ESR Cayman Ltd. issued $250 million of 7 7/8% notes due 2022, according to a notice.

Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG Singapore Branch, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., BOCI Asia Ltd., CLSA Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., HSBC, UBS AG Singapore Branch and United Overseas Bank Ltd. were lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S notes.

ESR operates as a logistics real estate developer based in Hong Kong.
