Moody’s changes ADS Tactical to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed ADS Tactical, Inc.'s rating outlook to negative from stable.

Concurrently, Moody's affirmed ADS' ratings, including its B3 corporate family rating, B3-PD probability of default rating and Caa1 rating on its senior secured notes due 2018.

Moody’s said the outlook change is based on the near-term maturity of the company's senior secured revolving credit facility due March 25, 2016.
