S&P assigns ADS Tactical B+, notes B

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B+ corporate credit rating to ADS Tactical Inc., along with a B rating to the company's proposed $275 million second-lien senior secured notes with a recovery rating of 5, indicating 10% to 30% recovery in a default.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect its highly leveraged capital structure and limited track record operating as a highly leveraged company, S&P said.

Offsetting these risks to some extent is its unique market position and solid growth prospects, the agency said.
