MP CLO IV directed to redeem, refinance nine classes of secured notes

Minneapolis, June 9 – MP CLO IV, Ltd. received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem and refinancing nine classes of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The affected notes include class A-1A, A-1B-R, A-1C-R, A-2A, A-2B-R, B, C, D and E notes.

If approved by the requisite percentage of the subordinated notes, the refinancing transaction will be effected in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions specified in the indenture.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
