Moody’s acts on nine health staffing companies

Moody's Investors Service said it took actions on nine U.S. healthcare services companies with businesses in physician staffing, travel nurse, locum tenens, radiology and diagnostic imaging to reflect the expected effect of business disruption caused by the coronavirus outbreak.

The companies are listed below:

AMN Healthcare Inc. corporate family rating and probability of default rating to Ba2 and Ba2-PD from Ba1 and Ba1-PD. Global unsecured notes due 2024 and 2024 to Ba3 from Ba2. The outlook remains negative.

CHG Healthcare Services Inc. ratings affirmed, but outlook changed to negative from stable.

Medical Solutions Holdings, Inc. CFR and PDR to B3 and B3-PD from B2 and B2-PD, first-lien facility to B2 from B1 and second-lien term loan to Caa2 from Caa1. The outlook remains negative.

Mednax Inc. CFR and PDR to Ba1 and Ba1-PD from Ba2 and Ba2-PD and global unsecured notes due 2023 and 2027 to B1 from Ba2. The agency changed the outlook to stable from under review.

Onex TSG Intermediate Corp. ratings under review for downgrade.

Radiology Partners, Inc. CFR and PDR downgraded to Caa1 from B3 and Caa1-PD from B3-PD, first-lien facilities to B3 from B2 and global unsecured notes due 2028 to Caa3 from Caa2. The outlook remains stable.

RadNet Management, Inc. ratings under review for downgrade.

Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. ratings affirmed. Moody’s changed the outlook to negative from stable.

U.S. Anesthesia Partners, Inc. CFR and PDR downgraded to B3 and B3-PD from B2 and B2-PD, first-lien facilities to B2 from B1 and second-lien loan to Caa2 from Caa1. The outlook remains negative.
