Norilsk Nickel to offer dollar five-year notes at 3 5/8% area yield

New York, Oct. 21 – Russia’s PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel is planning to price dollar-denominated five-year bonds (expected ratings: Baa2/BBB) to yield in the area of 3 5/8%, according to a syndicate source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S loan participation notes were expected to be priced on Monday via joint bookrunners Citigroup, JPMorgan, Societe Generale, ING, Sberbank CIB and VTB Capital.

MMC Finance DAC is issuer of the notes.

MMC Norilsk Nickel is a Moscow-based mining and metallurgical company.
