Morgantown, W.Va., May 4 – Faeton Co. sold KZT 506 million of 13½% bonds due May 24, 2024 at a special trading session held on Friday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.
The bonds were priced to yield 13.4946%.
The amount of orders accepted represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement.
The issuer had registered to issue up to KZT 4.5 billion of the 13½% bonds and sold an initial KZT 1 billion on May 24, 2017, an additional KZT 1 billion on Oct. 26, 2017, another KZT 500 million on Nov. 24 and a further KZT 968,758,000 on Feb. 20.
Faeton is a land and property lessor based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
