New Issue: Kazakhstan’s Faeton sells KZT 968.76 million more 13½% bonds due 2024

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 20 – Faeton Co. sold KZT 968.76 million of 13½% bonds due May 24, 2024 at a special trading session held on Tuesday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The bonds were priced to yield 13.4867%.

The amount of orders accepted represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement.

The issuer had registered to issue up to KZT 4.5 billion of the 13½% bonds and sold an initial KZT 1 billion on May 24, 2017, an additional KZT 1 billion on Oct. 26 and another KZT 500 million on Nov. 24.

Faeton is a land and property lessor based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
