S&P changes FinCo I view to stable

S&P said it revised FinCo I LLC’s outlook to stable from negative following a similar revision to the outlook of FinCo’s parent SoftBank Group.

Concurrently, S&P affirmed FinCo’s BB issuer credit rating and BB rating on its senior secured revolver and term loan. The recovery rating remains 3, denoting expectations for meaningful (50% rounded estimate) recovery in default.
