Telenet issues call for €250 million senior secured notes due 2024

Minneapolis, March 2 – Telenet Finance V Luxembourg SCA issued a redemption notice for its €250 million senior secured notes due 2024, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus an applicable premium on April 4.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee and principal paying agent.

Telenet is a Mechelen, Belgium-based cable operator.
